For Dealers / Distributors

Dolgix by OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. (herein after referred to as the company) provides limited warranty from the date of manufacture. Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Any product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or higher-specification product.

Module Warranties

Dolgix Modules
Covered by 3 Years warranty.
Dolgix GOLD Modules
Covered by 5 Years warranty.
Within 6 months: replaced with new.
After 6 months: repair/replacement at OM’s discretion.
Dolgix Zip Modules
Covered by 5 Years warranty.
Within 6 months: replaced with new.
After 6 months: repair/replacement at OM’s discretion.
Defective modules may be shipped to the dealer in the country where purchased.

For End Users

Dolgix products come with limited warranty from date of manufacture. OM endeavours to provide replacement at overseas offices. To make a claim, contact care@Dolgix.com with proof of purchase and obtain an RMA number.

  • Modules may be sent to OM offices listed in contact details.
  • Product is replaced only if confirmed faulty at warranty location.

What’s Not Covered

  • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or natural acts.
  • Unauthorized repair or tampering.
  • Damage during shipment.
  • Power fluctuations or external causes.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Non-manufacturing defects.
Products are not meant for life-saving, nuclear, or similar extreme applications.
