About Dolgix server memory

ECC memory for servers and professional workstations.

Dolgix DDR4 server and workstation memory modules are designed for compatible servers and professional workstation systems that require reliable ECC memory. Available capacities include 8GB, 16GB and 32GB with 2666MHz and 3200MHz configurations.

DDR4 ECC server RAM is designed to support error detection and correction capabilities required by compatible server and workstation platforms. These memory modules use a 288-pin Long-DIMM form factor and are available with x72 memory organization.

Dolgix server memory can be considered for server upgrades, workstation memory expansion and professional computing systems where compatible DDR4 ECC memory is required.

Power supply

  • Power Supply: VDD=1.2V (1.14V to 1.26V)
  • VDDQ = 1.2V (1.14V to 1.26V)
  • VPP = 2.5V (2.375V to 2.75V)
  • VDDSPD = 2.25V to 2.75V

Signals and data

  • Nominal and dynamic on-die termination (ODT) for data, strobe, and mask signals
  • Fixed burst chop (BC) of 4 and burst length (BL) of 8 via the mode register set (MRS)
  • Selectable BC4 or BL8 on-the-fly (OTF)
  • Data transfer rates up to PC4-25600 as listed in the specifications
  • Bi-Directional Differential Data Strobe
  • Fly-by topology
  • Terminated control, command, and address bus
