Overview

Dolgix by OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. (OM) products carry a limited warranty from the date of manufacture as mentioned on the invoice or original packaging. Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

If a product fails, it will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or higher-spec product. If repair or replacement is not possible, OM will refund the purchase price or current market value (whichever is lower). Valid proof of purchase (product, date, dealer) is required.

If not otherwise mentioned on the invoice, durations apply as per product series below.

RMA Policy & Definitions

  • PRODUCTS – Dolgix / Dolgix Gold branded products manufactured by OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd.
  • OM – Om Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. & its authorised representatives.

OM warrants its products against defects under normal use. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or upgraded version. If neither is possible, a refund of the purchase price or current market value (whichever is lower) will be provided upon valid proof of purchase.

Warranty Service

Terms & Conditions

  1. The suspected faulty product must be returned as-is if confirmed working at the warranty location.
  2. Products may be returned to customer, with or without repairs, if found physically damaged or tampered. OM’s decision is final.
  3. In case of disputes, the venue for litigation is New Delhi (as per Invoice).
  4. Limitation of Liability: No liability for consequential/incidental damages. OM’s cumulative liability is limited to the purchase price paid (excluding taxes/freight).
  5. Products are not meant for life-saving, nuclear, strategic, or similar extreme applications.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage due to accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, unauthorised repair/tampering, reverse insertion in DRAM slot, or similar acts.
  • If the product label is torn or missing.
  • Normal wear and tear, or any cause not related to manufacturing defect.
OM may update, change, or withdraw clauses at its sole discretion without prior notice.
