Where we come from

Om Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2006 in Noida, India by Singapore-based MNC OM Associates Pte. Ltd., which is globally recognized in DRAM, Flash, CMOS, and memory modules. OM Associates is a direct partner with Micron, USA — the world leader in DRAM and Flash technologies.

OM Associates was outsourcing testing and manufacturing activities for DRAM, SD Cards and Pen Drives to EMS Manufacturing facilities in the Far East, including encapsulation and packaging of wafer die. In 2006, it promoted Om Nanotech in India with an aim to get Replicable Quality as well as take on R&D activities. Consequently, a state-of-the-art and probably the only one of its kind centre in India was set up in the Noida Special Economic Zone (near New Delhi) that has been operational since May 2007.

  1. Before 2006 OM Associates outsources DRAM, SD Card and Pen Drive testing and manufacturing to EMS facilities in the Far East.
  2. 2006 OM Associates promotes Om Nanotech in India, aiming for replicable quality and R&D.
  3. May 2007 The centre in the Noida Special Economic Zone becomes operational.
