Dolgix by OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. (OM) comes with a limited warranty from the date of manufacture as mentioned on Invoice or original packing. We warranty these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period. Any product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. If OM is unable to repair or replace the defective product, it will refund the purchase price or current market value of the product, whichever is less. Proof of purchase indicating the Product and Purchase details (date and dealer name) is required to provide warranty services.

Definitions
- PRODUCTS – Refers to PRODUCT of any type, category or capacity manufactured by Om Nanotech Pvt. Ltd.
- OM – Refers to the company Om Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. & its authorised representative.
PRODUCTS shipped by Om Nanotech come with a limited warranty from the date of shipment as specified on the PRODUCT label (packaging) or on Invoice. In case of any confusion regarding warranty, the terms on invoice shall be final.
We warrant PRODUCTS manufactured by OM to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal intended use and service, for the warranty period. Any PRODUCT that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or next higher configuration. Due to constant advancement in technology, it may not always be possible to give exact replacement. If OM is unable to repair or replace the defective PRODUCT, it will refund the purchase price or current market value of the PRODUCT, whichever is less. Proof of purchase indicating the PRODUCT and Purchase details (date and seller name) is required to provide warranty services.
Warranty is also serviced by many dealers who sell the PRODUCTS. Customers have the option to contact asc@stz-services.com or Contact us in case the warranty is not available from the purchasing dealer.
Warranty is provided by OM for Products sold though online portals.
While effort shall be made to accommodate customers so that they can avail the warranty, however, warranty is subject to following terms and conditions:
- The Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) period is 15 days from date of invoice. Items returned for DOA must be in original package with all accessories and supporting documentation.
- All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made immediately upon receipt of the merchandise. Recipient must report to freight carrier immediately when reveving damaged boxes/parcel. Risk of loss passes to purchaser upon shipment of PRODUCT from our facility.
- In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be New Delhi, as mentioned in Invoice.
- Limitation of Liability. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages on account performance of the PRODUCT manufactured by OM, is expressly disclaimed. OM Pvt Ltd's cumulative liability across all counts and events is limited to the purchase price paid, excluding taxes and freight cost if any.
- The PRODUCT is not meant for life saving applications, nuclear, strategic or similar extreme applications.
- The suspected faulty PRODUCT shall be returned as such if it is confirmed to be faulty at the warranty location.
- The PRODUCT may be returned to customer, with or without repairs, if found to be physically damaged or tampered. OM decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
- We do not cover damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature.
- Unauthorized PRODUCT repair or tampering, or failure to follow normal usage protocol
e.g. reverse insertion of module in DRAM slot.
- Torn or missing PRODUCT label.
- Any damage of the PRODUCT during shipment.
- Causes external to the PRODUCT, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Any other cause which does not relate to a manufacturing defect.
- OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to update, change or withdraw one or more clauses, in part or entirely, at it's sole discretion, without any prior notice or announcement.

Dolgix Modules Warranty:
All Dolgix module series are covered by 3 Years warranty.
Dolgix GOLD Modules Warranty:
All Dolgix GOLD module series are covered by 5 Years warranty.
For failures within the first six months of warranty period OM shall replace the module with a new module of equal of higher specification, thereafter a repaired or replacement shall be provided at sole discretion of OM.
Dolgix Zip Modules Warranty:
All Dolgix Zip module series are covered by 5 Years warranty.
For failures within the first six months of warranty period OM shall replace the module with a new module of equal of higher specification, thereafter a repaired or replacement shall be provided at sole discretion of OM.
